We currently offer shipping across multiple international destinations.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country and local logistics limitations.

In certain cases, we may not be able to deliver to remote areas, restricted regions, military addresses, or P.O. boxes.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Koh Titanium has no control over such fees and cannot estimate the amount that may be charged.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or inability to contact the recipient, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears lost, or experiences an unusually long delay, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

While we will do our best to assist, Koh Titanium is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within a limited period after purchase before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment stages, cancellation may no longer be possible.
