Terms Regarding Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
At Whitmore Titanium, we are committed to providing customers with a transparent and fair shopping experience.

1. Return Eligibility Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the product is delivered.
Returns will only be accepted if all return conditions outlined in this policy are fully satisfied.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for an approved return, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
• The product must remain in the same condition in which it was originally received
• All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and included materials must be returned
• The return request must be submitted within the allowed return period
• Prior authorization must be obtained from Whitmore Titanium customer support before returning any item
Opening the packaging for inspection purposes is acceptable. However, products showing signs of use, scratches, wear, residue, damage, or improper handling may be subject to partial refunds or refusal of return.
3. Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Products damaged through improper use, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
• Customized, personalized, or made to order products
• Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene or safety concerns
• Products returned without prior authorization
• Products returned outside the approved return window
4. Return Shipping Costs and International Returns
All approved returns must be shipped to our designated international warehouse location.
Customers are solely responsible for:
• Return shipping costs
• Selecting an international shipping carrier capable of customs clearance
• Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or handling charges
• Providing accurate customs declarations and shipping documentation
Whitmore Titanium is not responsible for delays, losses, customs seizures, rejected deliveries, or failed returns caused by incorrect shipping procedures, carrier issues, customs problems, or incomplete documentation.
5. Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
This fee covers inspection, handling, processing, administrative costs, warehouse intake, and inventory management expenses.
The restocking fee may also apply in situations including:
• Unopened returned products
• Refused deliveries
• Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts or extended absence
• Orders returned because of incorrect customer information
In cases involving confirmed manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent by Whitmore Titanium, the restocking fee may be waived at our discretion.

Unauthorized returns sent without approval may be refused or discarded.

7. Return Procedure
To request a return, customers must contact us via email at:

Our support team typically responds within 24–48 business hours.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed.
After this period, fulfillment and processing may already have begun, and cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, it will fall under the standard return process instead.
9. Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding refund approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and card issuers, and may take approximately 5–10 business days.
The following costs are non refundable:
• Original shipping fees
• Optional shipping upgrades
• Customs duties or taxes
• Restocking fees where applicable
10. Discounts, Promotions, and Partial Returns
If a promotional discount, bundle offer, or volume discount was applied to the original order, the final refund amount may be recalculated if returned items cause the order to no longer qualify for the original promotion.
Refunds will always be based on the final adjusted order value after returned products have been deducted.
11. Store Credit
In certain situations, Whitmore Titanium may choose to offer store credit instead of a monetary refund.
Store credit:
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be transferred to another customer
• May only be issued once per order unless otherwise required by law
12. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses
If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping information, refusal of delivery, or inability to complete delivery, customers may be offered:
• Reshipment of the order at the customer’s expense
or
• Partial store credit depending on the condition of the returned package
Refund eligibility may be reduced if the returned product arrives damaged or incomplete.
